excellent access to parks and attractions for weekend explorers
during my stay, I appreciated the fantastic proximity to the Negev Museum of Art, just a 20-minute walk away, and I enjoyed the scenic walking paths nearby that lead to the milk grotto, making it easy to explore the city at my own pace.

The rooms were wonderful and luxury with breakfast and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was not far from bus stations, the center of Beer-Sheva, and flash floods in southern Israel. Loved food at Shufan Shipudim, it's just a short stroll away from the venue.

The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable, although the decor was beginning to show a few signs of wear and tear.
I could not find a proper restaurant - there was a function going on (possibly a wedding) and I think the room this was taking place in may usually be the restaurant. I found a bar in a very impersonal room (bit like a bar arbitrarily dumped into in a gymnasium!) and was told this was the restaurant. The menu offered was awful - the best thing on it was Tuna Salad. It was too late in the evening to go food-hunting round Be'er Sheva (especially since I do not know the city at all), so I put up with this. Although it was supposed to be served with two dressings and black olives, none of these were present when it arrived, so it was very boring. If I spoke Hebrew and knew the city , I would definitely have gone elsewhere (anywhere else!)to eat

The staff was courteous and helpfull.
This was the only hotel in Beer Sheva, the facilities were outdated, in need of replacement, (dingy and worn), the dining facilities were completely unsatisfactory in variety, convenience, and not available much of the time. No covenience store or basic necessities on the property. Quality and Facility Completely misrepresented on the website.

Comfortable and clean rooms with good views of the city.
Parking situation can get tight, especially during events. The A/C unit was temperamental, shutting off unexpectedly. Ironing facilities scattered across floors were often inconvenient or unavailable. Breakfast menu lacked variety typical of higher-end hotels. Bathtub drainage issues meant standing water from previous guests was a nuisance.

Had a blast with friends! We visited the local museum and enjoyed a day at the park, both were easy to get to using the area shuttle. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable, perfect for our group outing.
The dining area was underwhelming. Items were often not replenished, and tables were sometimes left dirty.
